Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
the room was never cleaned or dusted. staff left door opened for anyone to walk in. rug was dirty and never was vacuumed the entire stay. I have stayed here before it was in much better condition than it is now. very disappointing

The Royal Sonesta New Orleans
Added fees for security that were not clearly stated or printed anywhere . Also having to use a $15 credit that you are charged for in the hotel and you don’t get it credited back if you don’t use it. The room was clean besides the outlets for the lights .
