Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans
The staff was the absolute best! Room was clean but no outlets in the bathroom where needed the most. The dinner was fair.. pasta a bit cold but the band in the lounge, The Iguanas was fabulous… I can’t say enough good things about the staff… helpful, funny and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars ...

Wyndham New Orleans - French Quarter
My biggest complaint was the elevator. We stayed on the 20th floor. One elevator goes from the lobby to the 17th, another goes from 17-20. The two days we were there the elevator for 17-20 broke down for hours. We had to shlep our bags down 3 floors of double landing stairs the morning we left.
