A very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and quiet, even with the noise of Canal St. plus the staff was friendly. They do have a coat/bag check here in case you need to have them watch your luggage after checkout!

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus, but what truly stood out was the service during breakfast. Miss Tish, who managed the breakfast area, was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. Had a local convention hotel cancel my reservation due to flight cancellations. Booked here instead. Staff was very accommodating, and were even able to get me a room with a jetted tub for 2 extra nights, so I didn’t need to move rooms during my stay.

Hotel was clean and convenient to several restaurants in the area. I’m really glad I stayed in the business district. Not sure about the parking as we came down on the train. I’m sure there was parking, but if you wanted to go around into the city, it would probably be best to take an Uber or a taxi.

Great hotel, one block off Canal street. 5 minute walk to Bourbon street, 10 minute walk to French Quarter. Close to the action but not in the middle of everything. Great restaurants in area.
