The staff at the front desk was amazing. The room on the other hand was horrible we found dirty dishes on the floor and fake finger nails under the flat sheet on the bed. It also smelled like cigarettes and a heavy odor or dogs.

I liked that it was within walking distance of bourbon st, and the water fronr. Ir was also right on the the st. Charles street car line, which gave access to mNy areas of the city.

The trans person had a smart mouth. My room wasn’t clean properly. The shower curtain was dirty, stains on the sheets, spider webs where the fridge was, and the tub drain slowly. We requested everything to be fixed before coming back and they didn’t. We had to move rooms and the staff was filming a worker in the hall saying she was high at work and they were calling the police on her.

Handy hotel with restaurant downstairs. 10 minute walk to Canal & Bourbon Street area. Close transport options. Excellent room makeup each day. Location safe. Only downside, hotel slightly dated, and uncomfortable, noisy bed for two people.
