If I could give this hotel less than one star I would! The bathrooms were so tiny, there was zero space for anything the toilet seat was loose and slipped to the side the toilet paper holder was loose. The shower barely had room to move and the faucet was horribly tight. Our AC unit didn’t hardly work it would not cool down and when it did kick on it made a horrible noise, which we told them about and asked it be looked into multiple times. The bed was like a rock and the pillows were flat as could be. These rooms were also not good for noise the neighbor had a cough and you could hear every single one. Getting any sort of service on anything took multiple requests, and what sort of hotel doesn’t allow late check out, we asked when we checked in and were told it had to be requested day of checkout then the day of we were told no late checkouts. The bar was “undergoing renovations” and closed yet we saw nothing done the entire week we were there. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast but that was also a mess the website says 6AM but nothing was served until 7AM. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Our friends room was just as bad if not worse and they had to have the shower fixed it wouldn’t barely turn on. It was within walking distance to the French Quarter but that was the only other good thing.
