"Clean room, great and friendly staff, AC BOOMING "

"Staff was awesome. Breakfast, also awesome. Our room…. Falling apart. Shower door was stuck and would only open on one side. Rusty and dirty tile. Clearly showing its age. The entry door to the room had clearly been kicked in before. The chain lock was just shoved back in place and was hanging loosely. Early one morning a very large rat was hanging out on the walkway, casually enjoying an early morning stroll. Beds were ok. The lobby was nice. Parking is TIGHT quarters. So don’t expect your larger suv to fit well. Also be aware that half the units are directly above parking. So you will hear any louder vehicles as if they are parking in the bed with you. Motorcyclist especially enjoyed hearing their engines rev at 6am. Woke up thinking we were experiencing Katrina’s revenge! Anyways, it wasn’t the worst place ever. Like I said, staff and breakfast was great. "

"This was honestly the worst stay I’ve had. The entire place smelled like smoke, from the front desk all the way to the room, and the bed was in really poor condition. I’ll be honest, I didn’t realize my checkout time and that part was my mistake. But they packed up and removed all my belongings without informing me. When I came back, I explained it was unintentional, offered to pay, and asked if I could extend my stay. Instead, they kept my $60 deposit, asked for another deposit with higher rent, and even charged me just to get my own belongings back. I chose to leave. I had to book another hotel last minute, which cost more, but it was a relief to get out of there. What really upset me was that my MacBook charging brick and skincare items were missing. The new front desk staff member did try to help, but when I calmly brought it up, Ms. Brooke became defensive and said everything had been packed. I checked multiple times and only found the cords. I even opened my suitcase at the front desk to show I wasn’t making this up. I ended up taking a total loss of $128. This was a genuinely frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again."
