Great location!! Close to all sightseeing and saints stadium was an easy walk. The room was very nice and spacious. It’s definitely loud outside even with a sound machine but not a huge deal.

Check in instructions were very clear. Nice place to stay, walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Easy Uber pickup in front of the building if you don't feel like walking. Room was clean spacious, and modern. The full size refrigerator was a helpful!

First time to Nola and had a blast. Very nice room, friendly staff both on phone and the couple people we interacted with on site. Felt safe and close to all the action. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location is a bit out of the way for anything tourialsty but close to Streetcar access and near the Superdome. Also, if you don’t look closely at the addresses along Canal it’s easy to miss.

Love the keyless entry! The rooms were clean and comfy. Blanket wasnt the right size for the bed( full size blanket on a king bed). Other than that GREAT stay!

The checking in was difficult for us and we were delayed in arriving the representative was helpful but needing a selfie was impossible for us maybe try something different to receive your code thank you for asking

Balcony overlooks parking lot making it absolutely useless. There’s no on-call staff, lobby attendant or anyone immediately on-site and available. If you’re looking for an apartment style stay where you’re virtually left alone and have community area where all people are expected to get whatever toiletries and amenities from a shared shelving unit on the ground floor, go for it. If you’re accustomed to at least three stars, staff, room service and a balcony with an actual view of something you paid to experience, choose a different place. And know that this property is going to demand that you send photos of your ID as if you’re buying the property PRIOR to your stay because there will be no formal check in process with a human. It’s clean, bare minimum, a couple blocks from the quarter. Still wouldn’t recommend.

They upgraded me to a balcony which was great until I discovered the deadlock to get outside was completely busted and jammed shut. I couldn't access the balcony at all and staff didn't do anything about it. The rest of the studio was wonderful and I had no complaints. I loved the passcode requirements which made the building secure and they provided ear plugs and a sound machine to drown out the noise from bourbon st

Communication was great as was the response time. The room had just about everything that one could need for a relaxing time. Two things to keep in mind when staying, it gets loud at night. (The room I stayed in came equipped with an Ambience speaker which provided Rain sounds, Thunder Sounds, ect ect) and a key important piece, there is no designated parking space. More than likely you’ll need to use a garage or park somewhere that you have to pay. Typical price range for when I stayed was 25 a night.

Loved the room itself and the location. Having a secured main entrance and personal room entrance without have to carry a key was perfect. Outside balcony furniture and very worn and not real comfortable. Worried about the cigarette butts tossed down from the upper floors reflecting on my compliance with the rules. Other than that and not having the door code prior to arrival (this was on me as a missed the final step in registering), I thought the process was very efficient. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and be happy to stay there again.

although our hotel did not have a hotel lobby and hotel staff, we did have a cleanly room with working AC and laundry units to wash clothes that worked effectively.

Aliana the housekeeper was truly amazing, she went far and beyond her title. Truly enjoyed the room the amenities I felt safe and secure. The negative was the issues with the code entering the building and entering your room. It was a weight of 45 minutes as they had to change the code because it wasn’t working, but Customer Service did the best that they could do I would recommend
