Very noisy and you could see where there was mold throughout the room on the sealing, mirror in bathroom, broken on left and right bottom edges and peeling off the back of the mirror AC was full of dust and mold. Clean room and staff was excellent. If I needed anything the staff brought it up immediately. Bell men were also very nice as well.

When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service ...

Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE by IHG
The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the hvac system in our room. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep with it.
