"The 1st room we had was not clean. The couch bed was full of crumbs. They nicely changed us to another room and it was very good. The hot tub wasn't bubbling when we turned it on and there were ants along the pool. We liked the breakfast and still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly."

"This hotel is a perfect choice for a night away in Amish Country. The location is perfect. If the weather were nice you could even walk to some of the shops. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The lobby area is perfect for eating or playing a game. I would highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed many places in Berlin."
