"Be aware to pack your patience if you use valet service and they add tax like 5 extra dollars. The hotel was very nice the only complaint I have was the staff could’ve been more helpful ( friendly) when asked questions."

"Stayed in this hotel twice, 9 years apart. We returned because it is the perfect location just outside the French Quarter, the staff is friendly and it is fairly clean!"

"The lady checking us in was rude and tried to charge us way more than what we booked online. Joseph was professional and got it taken care of. Breakfast especially the taco bar was delicious. The valet parking was good as well. The water pressure in the rooms may be the worst that I have ever had in a hotel. Overall we had a good time."
