"Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!"

"Our stay was very comfortable. This is an older motel but very well kept up. The room was clean and inviting. It is directly off I495 but very quiet. Did not hear any traffic at all. Close to dining and gas stations. We arrived late at night and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. "

"Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom....
