"Food was great. Ate at all the places and everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport. We took uber to Beale street during weekdays but on Saturday as we were leaving, one of their cars pulled up and said shuttle to Beale street. So maybe they only do that on weekends. You can trade a day of room service for a free drink. Would stay again if ever in Memphis again. "

The young lady at the counter also gave us a credit to use at the hotel, due to our slight inconvenience. The location is perfect and the rooms are so nice, modern and clean! The hotel was perfect!
