"The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...

"This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay.
As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen.
Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"I love this hotel. Will definitely stay again. Really close to Beale street without all the noise. It’s located behind the Orpheum Theatre. I’m very selective about where I stay and this place was top tier. Cleanliness of the lobby was impressive and it continued throughout. Our room was spotless. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The decor and furniture are contemporary."
