"Lovely hotel, ideally situated in Cardiff centre and 5 minutes from train station. Rooms were well appointed - very comfy bed and pillows, a quiet, efficient air con and a great bathroom with shower. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and it was nice to see that local produce was used. Plates were cleared and tables tidied very quickly. All the staff worked hard and were welcoming and friendly. Would stay again."

"Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...

"Friendly, helpful staff. Nice size rooms & could control the temperature of the room. Handy to have a fridge. The breakfast choice was great & the cooked breakfast lovely & tasty. Will definitely stay again. Good location for Cardiff Castle for the concert we were attending there & also just a few minutes walk from the shops."
