"Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable. "It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok."

"To start, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and easy to get to from the highway. The parking lot is ok. The spaces are a little tight, if you have a SUV or truck. When we entered our room it was sweltering hot, 85 degrees! The AC was apparently not working. The staff member downstairs immediately switched us to a new room. That room was nice and cool.
