"The pillows on the bed were no more than an inch thick. Genuinely the thinnest pillows I have ever seen. I usually sleep with 1 firm fairly flat pillow, I had to fold this one in half and it still wasn’t even half as thick as a standard pillow. There were no additional pillows in the room and when I asked for more they were not available. Only one plug socket by the bed so only 1 person could charge their phone. "My code didn’t work on either door but it was resolved very quickly via text. I won’t hold that against them as it’s just an admin error. The room I was given first hadn’t had cleaned but again, they resolved it within seconds via text. I’d say don’t be put off if you have to text them, there’s cameras in the communal areas and they can easily help out. I enjoyed my stay overall and if I find myself here again, I would use it. "Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."
