Reception staff were rude & awful. No bar fridge in my double bedroom. Elevator was a digital mess However we appreciated location, parking, Food & water vouchers and clean rooms.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Had an absolutely amazing time staying at this hotel. The price was so good. I’m hoping that I’d be able to get a good deal again. I’m going back to New York. This has been my favourite place. This thing in the city so far.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
I thought I was suppose to have a room with a view, but that was a lie and I payed more for that. My room was very tiny. The closet and bathroom door was hard to close. We were upgraded to room 327. It was our 1st wedding anniversary. No tea or coffee facilities in room. No hot water. Water was dark and murky and ice cold. We reported it and was told to run the taps in shower and sink for a good 30 mins then we will get hot water. We got Luke warm water. Not good ...

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Great location in Times Square, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Very cool decor in the lobby/bar making it a unique stay as well. Going back next month!
