"Ac and Heat are fine. Very minimal type hotel. Almost nothing on the rooms. The doors, windows and walls are thin. Noise travels easily. It was clean. Our tv had a issue but we were not in the room alot so we didnt use it much. Its a fairly simple hotel. Works good for us with our son living around the corner. "

"The bathroom and room were small! But it was clean ! The staff were nice ! Breakfast was basic and parking is definitely first come first served! The first night we had parking!"

"This place was terrible. Checked into a dirty room. Floors were dirt the bed was dirty with lint from the carpet. Had no towels in bathroom, no toiletries. Night stands were dusty. When we did got towels they smiled molded. The pillows on the bed and the sheets were yellow/brownish. Worse of all their was no street parking. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. "

"Nothing special here Read the reviews and make a decision. It’s not a nice place but it’s affordable for Brooklyn. The building is old and they still allow smoking in part of the building. The employees are nice and it’s a buys get hotel spot. Just be realistic."

"Excellent amenities, very convenient to anywhere. Staff are nice. Daily cleaning is fine yet missed refill coffee bags every day. Room decoration is pleasant; maintenance need to be improved compared w/ Ad and price. Vinyl plunk floor stretched out. "
