My family & I traveled to NYC for a few days & am so glad we stayed here. The location is amazing- walking distance to many attractions- and the neighborhood is very quaint & pretty quiet. The hotel itself was perfect. We had a decent view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The room itself was spotless. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The shower was one of my favorite things. It had a regular shower + a rain shower and the toiletries provided were top tier. We all loved it here and will absolutely stay next time we’re in town.

Although I did like this hotel, staff at front desk always very friendly and helpful, there were a few things the hotel could improve upon. The towels were rough/hard on the skin (seemed old, used/washed too many times), highly recommend replacing. Carpet in room could use a refresh along with curtains (had coffee stains). My bed was very lumpy, maybe time to flip bed.
