We had the absolute best experience staying at Hotel 414 during our time in NYC. We were there for 10 days while working 14-hour days at the pier for HYROX, and after such long, exhausting days, coming back to a place where we felt welcomed and cared for meant so much. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Bob and the two wonderful ladies at the front desk were some of the kindest, most genuine people we have ever met while traveling. They were always so attentive, respectful, helpful, and encouraging. From great conversations in passing to checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality and positive energy made a huge difference during such a busy and demanding time. It’s rare to find people who care so much about their guests, and they truly embody what exceptional customer service should be. Thank you, Hotel 414, for taking such great care of us. We will absolutely remember the kindness we experienced here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC!

For the price and location it was great, room was clean and the staff was attentive. Just an suggestion, The room would have been perfect if it had a small microwave and small refrigerator, but i can see that the place is been updated. Overall great stay.

Little to no maintenance of the room I was in. Paint peeling from walls in bathroom; larch on door broken, Was able to connect to wifi but signal strength was insufficient. TV worked but no channels, not even the local news. No room cleaning between nights.

4th story walk up with no elevator right in the heart of the theater/food district. Pack light and spend most of your time out of the room and this will be a stellar place for you to stay. Can’t beat the price for the location.
