Convenient location inexpensive & clean

Clean and Convenient for our one night stay to see friends in Sheepshead Bay Area of Brooklyn. It’s not fancy & amenities are sparse but our Deluxe room with King bed was roomy and comfortable & inexpensive compared to other accommodations within the block. It would be the first location I look for again when staying in the area in future.

Ok for the price!

The room was beautiful but they only provided 2 towels. No washcloth n towel to put on the floor when getting out the shower. Also no iron or hair dryer and its so inconvenient you had to give a $20 deposit in order to get one. Bed was a lil hard, we only got 2 small pillows. It was ok for one night

The room and the bathroom were clean, however some dirt on walls, like footprints or so, not critical. Liked it's a few steps from the ocean, even a small sand beach is there, however the land was dirty, trash in the water, etc. Liked the parking is included - simply in front of the motel. Didn't like there is no way of breakfast included.

Nice place for the price and parking

Nice place. A little hiccup when we checked in. They couldn't find our reservation, but honored our confirmation email and gave us a room. By morning it was sorted out. We really appreciate that. Loved the easy parking and the quiet location. Not a lot of frills, but we weren't in the room much, so it wasn't a problem. The room needed a clock, tissues, and a few more pillows. All available on request, but not the sort of things I should need to ask for. Those were small things, so I would still recommend staying here if you need a comfortable home base to explore Brooklyn.

Bayview Motel is one of those straight-up, simple, clean, nicely maintained, no-frills motels, for anyone looking for a quick stay. It's not fancy, not overblown with extras (great for a working-class person like myself) yet has all the basics you'll need for a comfortable stay. Booking and checking in/out is easy, has parking, is nicely priced, and is easily accessible to the city. Nice that's close to the water, shops, and restaurants too! But most importantly to me, is that it was simple and very clean (and I'm saying this as a person with fairly high cleanliness standards). If I'm asked if I will recommend this place. Yes.

Not bad for a random night and booking only a few days out. Really cold air conditioning. And very dark for good sleeping. Water pressure was bad though. Very nice people at check in!

This is a motel in the process of a remodel. It is looking amazing!! But.. no lamps, no microwave,no hair dryer in the room. Little things. Happy experience. Absolutely would book again. But look forward to the finished motel. Hope to stay here again soon..

The room smelled, they allow smoking in the rooms. The eoom was dirty and the pillows were dirty. Sleeze bag motel overall.

Check-in was easy. Room was clean, nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or was cloths. Other than that, no complaints. Will stay here again!

I was extremely unhappy that I was woken up from a deep sleep Saturday morning from getting a phone call from the front desk saying I have to check out, when in fact my checkout day was Sunday. They only supplied 2 small sized towels, and no bath mats. They also did not allow me to bring my bike in in the room. Therefore I had to find a safe place for it.
