Crosby Street Hotel, New York

I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, there is a great outlook and it is in an excellent location. The interior of the hotel is interesting and inspiring. The service was personal without being intrusive. My only critique is the breakfast. This could be improved. Besides that, this hotel sets the standrad for hotels around the world.

Location Location Location!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We stayed two nights during one of the busiest weekends of the year in december. Staff was extremely helpful, rooms were well-appointed and the drawing room was a lovely option for meeting and entertaining. The hotel location is unparalleled and far away from the fray of the larger/centrally located options.

A Cut Above All Others

Stay in this area of NYC when I visit and have stayed in three other "known" hotels but this hotel surpasses all of them - convenience, comfort and customer service. Intend to make this my hotel of choice!

Best Place to stay in SOHO

If you want the hustle and bustle and annoyance of 5th Avenue and Times Square...this isn't not the place for you. If you like trendy, comfortable old NY charm with in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shopping then this is DEFINITELY the place for you. The rooms are stellar, the staff helpful and the restaurant perfect for a quick meal and a glass of champagne. We were able to walk almost everywhere we we wanted. And when we did have to cab it was only $5-7. We will definitely stay here again.

Das Crosby Street Hotel in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt zu allem, was man so tun möchte in ny. Insbesondere zum Shoppen und zum Ausgehen und zu allen Hot Spots der Umgebung und der Stadt. Das Interieur und das Design des Hauses ist richtungsweisend, wie wir fanden. Modern, jedoch nicht kühl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die äußerst bemühten Anstrengungen des Concierges im Vorfeld unseres Kurztrips, was Buchungen von Restaurants etc. anbelangte, ebenso die Tipps, die er uns gab. Auch das Frühstück im Barbereich war frisch und exzellent zubereitet mit sehr nettem Service. Gute Atmosphäre, sehr zu empfehlen! Perfekt ist auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Restaurant Balthazar, sehr nett!!!
