The receptionist was nice. Room was dirty, can clearly hear through the walls. Located right next to a fire station, so very noisy.

It was the only affordable hotel. I could find last minute last night and served its purpose. But there was no top sheet, and for a double room. There wasn't two towels for each person in the room was no laundry bag. It was just bare bones. It served its purpose

My bathroom shower was visibly dirty. I asked for cleaning supplies or for a new room. The new room’s A/C wasn't working, but there was a filthy fan available in the room. Luckily only needed a place to stay for 1 night.

I would call this a 'no frills' room. I needed a clean place to stay after travelling from Boston for a concert at MSG. It was clean and the AC kept things cool. Given the busy location, I was surprised at how quiet it was. Got a good night's sleep for the drive back.

It’s a regular hotel room. There’s nothing to complain about unless you’re from the middle of nowhere and can’t handle a little bit of honking or sirens every once in a while, but I thought the rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked as intended. The staff was super friendly and everybody in the surrounding neighborhood is very nice so unless you’re in the city to only see the touristy areas then this will be a lovely neighborhood and a great hotel. However, if you’re the type of person to be afraid of urban environments such as a true NYC neighborhood where people actually live and go to work (not Times Square). If you’re looking for Times Square, this is not for you. If you’re looking for like a regular place with the regular people, this is a great one. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. AC & TV worked great. Reasonably priced vending machines in the lobby.

I would give your photographer a raise as the photos looked way better than when we arrived. Our outlets went out in the middle of the night and WiFi was shakey. AC worked well. Staff was very preoccupied on their phones mainly and didn’t care to talk. Cleaning staff was “cleaning” at all hours of the night and was making it hard to sleep with banging and music or shows blaring through the halls. Hard to believe they’re actually cleaning with the shower tub yellow and floors black but the sheets were actually clean.
