I was happy to stay there because it is so convenient and the small room size doesn’t bother me. It’s very efficient and close to everything. I do think that the property should fix the deadbolt, etc on the room door as it did not function.

Great location. The people that work at Midtown West are very friendly. The room is super basic. Sheets and towels had some stains. The room is great for sleeping, not somewhere to spend any time. Easy access and checkin was fast an easy.

this is not a legit 3 star hotel - it is better to be said as a nice one star, or fair two star hotel. location is good, but sanitary is of huge issue. towels were dried in public, open area where guests would come and pass by and on the places where people would touch with hands. not a fan of this.

Place was friendly and in a good spot near Penn station, definitely loud with the traffic but that’s New York. No water pressure in the shower lol so I used the sink to wet my hair. Clean. Well priced. Very tiny room, even by mid-town standards. Have to take the steps up a few flights. It's Manhattan, so everything is close, including MSG. It's clean, safe, and affordable.
