NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Location was great near the garden and shops. Staff was awesome. Room had an ok view. Bathroom was outdated, beds where stiff, room was very small

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
I was entitled to silver level Perks of $51 food and beverage credit per my Expedia booking and Public did not recognize it per my invoice. Not happy about that and being charged for my food and beverage purchased. Thank you!
