"I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. "Beds are extremely, painfully soft. Building is disorienting- even staff get turned around. Problems were not resolved in a timely manner. I feel bad for reception bc they are kind but the place is not a good spot."
