Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

"The location is excellent if you want to be near SFO. If you want to visit San Francisco proper, there is a train station nearby that takes you into the city center. The hotel is older but very well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant and bar are attractive, with a menu that covers most tastes. We loved our 7th-floor room. It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Our only negative is breakfast. Most of the food seemed microwaved rather than freshly cooked. The eggs were like rubber; the sausage was overcooked and hard; the oatmeal was like gruel. The waffles were very good. Worst of all about breakfast—too much unsustainable packaging: paper plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. Come on, Best Western, you can do much better than that! All in all, it is an excellent place and a good value. If in the area, we would stay again."

"The property was clean and in a convention location. The amenities such as the shuttle was great for travel. My only complaint is the 25 dollar per person fee that I was not aware of."
