"The bed is so high that I had to sleep on the pull out couch with the flimsy mattress. There was no sheet on it so I just slept on the mattress itself. I injured myself when I lay down too hard because of the thin mattress. The desk chair arm was broken. The bathroom floor was sticky. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was only one working ice machine in the whole building. But the most disappointing part is how unfriendly the front staff was. The person that checked me in...

"Did not eat breakfast. Room 423 had things that need to be fixed: window shade does not pull up abd down easily. Closet shelf and clothes bar not attached to wall. The whole place seemed musty. However, the staff was nice and the room was very quiet."
