"I really liked this hotel and will be back. I was here for a few days. The only downside was the renovation that was being done, and I wasn't notified prior to making a reservation. I did not go to their "restaurant" to eat, but did look at the menu. It was VERY basic and didn't seem appetizing. Mostly chicken fingers, salads, etc. My room was clean, and the sheets, etc., were clean. I will say that the bathroom floor needs to be caulked around the baseboards. There were very large gaps between the floor and the walls. Lastly, I had a small allergic reaction and needed ice. I walked to the ice machine, and it wasn't working. I called down to the reception, and the next thing I knew, one of the workers brought me ice. It was very nice and thoughtful. I only gave 4 stars, due to the renovation."

"They need refrigeration and microwaves in the rooms and a better detachable shower head system for people who are disabled but otherwise it was a great stay"

"The shuttle was terrific, nice drivers. Hotel should, however, advise in advance that you must take the air train to the shuttle pick up spot. Also the pool - one of the reasons I chose the Spring Hill Suites - was being repaired. Breakfast was quite good and the scrambled eggs were real. TV in the room was huge but positioned in such a way that you could not see it well from the bed nor from the couch. "
