"Need to fix the flood lights that point into the room directly all night and make it seem like day light all night. also the breakfast should be kept up and refilled. food was ran out and took 15 minutes to get new food, and it was not all of it."

"The pictures they use to show the property is misleading. The property is older than the pictures look. The furniture in our room was old and needed to be replaced.
They cleaned the room daily, but the shampoo and conditioner they supplied wasn't replenished."
