"Overpriced parking ($60 per night - Mar 2026), small beds in rooms, small refrigerator in room, no microwave in rooms, must have key card to access elevator, staff were rude. This hotel does however offer easy access to Newark Penn Station subway, and had several good choices open during portions of the day. The restaurant onsite was very expensive and did not offer many choices. The parking is quoted as covered parking, however, there was limited garage parking, the rest was outside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but they were doubles and staff indicated that rollaway beds were not allowed in a double room, despite them being available. When I called the hotel prior to arrival to ask a question, the staff had NO IDEA if the hotel offered in/out privileges to its guests. Its just very frustrating when you spend a decent amount of money for a nice hotel and you get mediocre service/facility. I expected more from a Hilton. "
