"There wasn't much to like. It said the property was under Construction, but did not expect it to be that intensive. There was no lobby except 2 small folding tables.
The room was fine except there was no hand towels or wash cloths and only 1 bath towel. When I went down to the "lobby" and asked they said there were no hand towels and only 1 wash cloth.
When I asked for soap, they said I was the 4th person who had complained about no soap in the room. It appeared that due to construction, servicing of the rooms were done by people who had no idea what to do. They didn't leave coffee for the coffee maker and the coffee maker did not work properly as you needed to hold the lid down while coffee brewed.
I blame that on Keurig coffee pods for a no name generic coffee maker. The shower did not turn off completely and there was a constant drip. This in a supposedly new room.
Parking Fees: No where in the advertisement on Expedia did it say there was a daily parking charge. I've stayed at many Comfort Inns and none of them had a parking fee.
Like the cleaning, the person in charge of the breakfast buffet seemed to not know what to do. She left hard boiled eggs and jam in the refrigerator, she didn't replenish any item that was low and generally looked like she did not want to be there. When I asked if there were more eggs, her answer was...
I would have told the front desk or Mgr, but there was no one there and I needed to get to airport. I want a partial refund!"
