"Convenient clean and helpful and friendly staff from the shuttle bus drivers to the clerks. I had to over night here. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant options weren't exciting,....but the hours were good and convenient.
The only issue I had was the pick up from The airport. Hilton's shuttle was not a long wait. However, The process at Jersey Airport SUCKS!!!! After retrieving luggage, You have to take shuttle from the airport terminal to the airtrain station, then go to P3. Then you wait for the hotel shuttle. Try this with 2 pieces of luggage and a carry on as a wheelchair passenger!!!!!!!!!!! It was confusing and inconvenient.
Its not the hotel's fault, but the process was terribly frustrating. Perhaps Hilton can offer terminal pick up option (at a fee if necessary)for physically challenged customers. Otherwise the Hotel is a win."
