We did have a problem with hot water and the electricity went out in our room. The staff was very responsive but could have comped us for our troubles. Cold showers, etc. All that said, it was very convenient and worth the stay."

"Always a consistent standard. Staff very helpful. Discounted parking available at the short stay car park at Aberdeen airport. £5/night. Just get the staff at reception to register your car in their system and the discounted rate is automatically applied when you go to pay at the airport."

"It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us."
