"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"Ŵe were in darkness all night long, because of the storm. The management did nothing to make us comfortable. We were using our phones flash light to move around and by midnight our phones went dead.
We could bearly survive the night. In the morning there was no warm water to shower and not even an apology.
I understood it was because of a natural disaster but provision should be made for stuffs like that. And also manner of approach matters.
With so much inconvenience they still went ahead to...
