Infamous con artists claim another victim

Arrived at the postcode, rang multiple numbers given for an hour to try and get somewhere with no luck. Eventually got a call back from a yelling man telling me that they can't accommodate us, then feeding me all sorts of lies about giving us a different apartment 30 minutes away (no mention of where any of them are though). Spoke to a woman at a local hotel while trying to find the mythical apartment, who informed me that this company is running a scam, taking money from people and essentially leaving them stranded, and informed me about the insane amount of people who were in the exact same position as I found myself. Had it not been for some sheer luck in finding a different hotel, 4 of us would have been without lodgings. Anything considering this hotel, please look elsewhere!

Best advice don't bother. We booked because of proximity to Newcastle sation. Get the call on the Monday to pay the security deposit, duly obliged. then get the message with the address. Property we booked (aaccording to Htoels.com) should hgave been 3 minutes walk fro staion. Propert they decided to book us int was over a mile away and 25/30 minute walk away.. With 2 heavy cases we booked eslewhere.

Cheap city centre stay

Google maps found the back of the property for us and after a good long walk around that area we made contact with the supplier. The lady I spoke to was most helpful in enabling us finding the discreetly signed entrance door, which we had passed by several times in our search. Once inside, the apartment was clean and tidy although there were several issue, none of which affected or stay I'm happy to say. TV/sky didn't work - cable ripped out of wall Furniture somewhat dated and a bit rickety No lock on bathroom door which seems to have been punched several times going by the holes on the inside Bathroom sink blocked WiFi device/code given, but no mobile device we had could pick it up!! Apart from these issues we had a pleasant enough stay.

Lost trust. completely put me off booking again

My colleagues checked in while i was at work as i finished later. When i finished i found they have put us in a completely different apartment that was a s$%# hole. 2 of our guests had to go home as it was an apartment for 6 we booked and were put in an apartment for 4. Not happy with the service. Completely stressed me out when i finished work and had to get ready to go out. Would of loved to have stayed in the place i booked as it seemed lovely!

Can't grumble for the price!

I booked it here with my family for a few days for business. My business is online so I needed an internet connection. This kept dropping. Overall the staff I interacted with were friendly. Some of the utensils, such as cleaning brush and footstool were broken, but it was no major deal. The place was overall clean and we enjoyed our stay although the oven could do with a clean.
