Everything was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Property was very well maintained, and rooms/washrooms were organized and cleaned on daily basis. Great place to stay with family.

Good hotel location. Rooms were ok but carpets a bit dirty. Breakfast was very very basic. Overall just an ok express hotel. Ladies at reception can be friendlier. Didn't like dogs at breakfast...big NoNo

I use this hotel regularly as a stop off. Great value for money, decent breakfast and convenient for the A1 and the metro centre.

Generally the stay we had was good. Room was fine apart from the fact the carpet could do with a deep clean. This didn’t spoil our stay as we never walk around any floor without shoes. Breakfast was good and in plenty of choice. Maybe the etiquette of hotel staying could be better as some very inconsiderate guests have no consideration regarding the noise they make very late at night. Great location for Metro Centre and very close to bus stop for Newcastle. We had a lovely time.

I liked this wee hotel. Staff were nice and it was pretty clean. The bonus was the short walk to the metro centre.

The staff from reception through to breakfast and checkout were at all times polite, helpful and always attentive to everyone's needs. The general areas were clean as was the room. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Parking was straight forward and there was always spaces available. We would fully recommend this hotel.

I had a genuinely wonderful experience during my stay. The property was beautifully maintained, the staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a great variety with fresh, tasty options. All the facilities were in top condition, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would happily return.
