"Food very nice. Staff very accommodating. Rooms okay - could have done with a vacuuming a couple of times during our stay. Told staff to not bother changing towels every day but they did anyway. Car park validation for residents a very good idea. Will stay there again when next in the area."

"This was a very clean, modern hotel situated in central Newcastle, very close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and about a 12–15 minute walk from Newcastle University.
