"Lack of pride and care to this hotel. We will not be going back even if the location was convenient for our plans. We paid way too much money for what we got. Here is a quick run down: Pool had dirt and band aids floating around, same for the hot tub, pool area was not the cleanest either. Unsecure building, no need for a key card to get into the building. Smell of urine and lack of aeration in the hallways. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you had to create an account with Whyndam and share...

"If you’re looking for a lukewarm shower after a long travel day, this is your place. If you’re wanting to listen to the jet engine sound of the shower above you from the local crack heads at 2am, this is your place. If you want comfort and a nice quiet place, look somewhere else. Changed rooms twice before my head even hit the pillow. Finally at 6am after one night, I cancelled my 4 night stay and went somewhere else. I wish the was less than 1 star. "

"About what you’d expect out of a Motel 6. Staff was pleasant and made check-in easy enough, room was basic but very clean and the shower was excellent. Was easy on/off the highway. Not much in the way of amenities but can’t beat the price. "

"Under renovation so all amenities were out of order. This information was not posted anywhere so it came as a surprise. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not. When we booked the hotel, we were misinformed that the rooms slept 5. They don’t have any rooms that sleep 5 and the size of the room would’ve made a roll away difficult. Rather than have one of our guests sleep on the floor and with all amenities being out, we decided to switch hotels. The staff were super awesome and...

"What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple. "

"The place is nice, comfortable and clean in the room. We had a hot shower and good breakfast in the morning. I didn’t realize that I would be staying at someone’s house until after we booked, and then we weren’t able to cancel. The owner is nice, but quite prescriptive with her instructions."
