"Very nice clean room"

"Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway."

"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. "The hotel was not clean the floors by the elevator were dirty. There was also spilled drink around the garbage can that was never cleaned. The bathroom in our hotel room floor was dirty."

"Room felt dated and dirty. Shower didn’t have any shampoo dispenser put in at all. Front desk was virtually non existent anytime went to go ask for something. We’re persistently in the back and rarely at the desk."

"The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The facility is well worn and we had to switch rooms due to the phone and refrigerator not working. The worst part of the stay was the construction going on. Hammering going on before 8 am and the worst part was loud bangs around midnight.
