"The hotel is decorated excellently, but ironically they didn’t put much thought into the design and functionality of the room. The bathroom was badly designed - There was water pooling everywhere after my shower and I needed to mop it up myself. No hand towel rack next to the sink. The towels are visually nice but not comfortable. Terrible bathroom lighting. There was no way to turn off the light on the TV and AC, which shined pretty bright throughout the night. Overall they put too much...

"Lovely private cottage completely finished in knotty pine. Scrupulously clean throughout. Nice large bathroom with great shower. Lots of fluffy towels. Comfortable king sized bed with good pillows. Nice sitting area with TV and couch and chair. The only suggestion is that the good sized fridge lacked ice cube trays and an ice bucket. Also if you visit in hot months (do they exist in Newfoundland?) the windows open to the Main Street so you might have some traffic noise that was no issue...
