"From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back."

"This was built as a 5 star establishment, and the door weights and materials will remind you of 1990s property that afforded a non-fake luxury. This is not the ubiquitous “luxury” pizazz term seen all over the place. It still remembers what Gen X knew as luxury aka quality not a scene."

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Soho Grand Hotel. The vibe was really nice, stylish, upscale, and perfectly located in SoHo. The room was fantastic with sleek design, and the service was top-notch. The lounge bar that turns into a nightclub is such a standout, we had so much fun there. On top of that, the staff were incredibly accommodating and so nice, they pointed us in the right direction to secure a spot at a busy restaurant and bar, even though everything was nearly fully booked. "This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to get to all the places. The rooms were super clean and the amenities were lovely. And the pool was a nice touch. Although the $150-$200 for the loungers were a bit expensive for 2hrs. I will absolutely stay here again!"
