"The first appearance was nice. Nice view of the bay and the bridge, nice appearance on the outside of the hotel. When we entered the room, the carpets obviously had not been vacuumed, the sliding glass door had no screen door (all the other rooms did have one), the room overall seemed dirty. Drawers in the night stand were filthy. We later found out the shower was barely spraying any water out. They didn’t have any other rooms to move us to, and had no one to come fix the shower for us. "The room had a view. It was easily accessible with a power wheelchair. The staff was friendly & let us into the room early so the person in the power wheelchair could get some much needed rest. She was very happy with the room. Location made it easy for her to get to the beach & local restaurants & coffee shops."

"This was the sketchiest motel I’ve ever stepped foot in, couldn’t get in the door, was broken, when we did we turned around and walked out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and drug smoke, the blanket and pillows were disgusting and didn’t want to sit on the bed and there were questionable people right outside our door watching us. It didn’t feel safe whatsoever or clean and we were charged $160 for a $30 motel. Staff seemed aware and was very helpful with getting us an immediate refund."

"Beautiful property! Cozy & clean room. Surroundings were peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Only suggestion would be to have a full size ironing board, the mini one was too much of a hassle to use. Not a big deal though. Other than that we had a great stay and will definitely return!"
