"I enjoyed the stay so much. My room was stunning. It was clean,big, and very comfortable. You are given a code to get through the front door and a code to get into your room. It was very easy. Such a beautiful place the best place I've stayed in a very long time."

"Wonderful stay there"

"My daughter and I arrived to the property around 1pm and were grateful for an early check in. We were offered three rooms, two in the basement of the house where we checked in (not Melville). The room was dark and musty with dated furniture and a stained rug. I’ve stayed in B&Bs with this place before and knew about the bait and switch. We were only in Newport for a day and a half so we took the hit for the early check in. The real issue I have is with the what I’m going to assume is mold? The...

"If you are looking to stay near Bowman’s Warf this is the perfect place. It’s quaint, quiet and the breakfast is delicious! They were so helpful and friendly and I will be returning! This Inn is in walking distance to the free trolley service and shopping."

"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"I had an overall good stay and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, but I would have liked to see healthier options like fresh fruit or Greek yogurt, as most of the choices were high in sugar. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but I did have to go elsewhere just to grab something as simple as a banana."
