"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Rooms were refreshed every day, the staff was extremely friendly, room service was incredibly fast when I requested anything, the rooms were very clean and the King room with corner view is a must! The location couldn't be any more perfect. We will be staying at this hotel when we visit NYC going forward."

"Better, newer, more quiet than Millenium Broadway next door. Has lounge all time beverage. As Broadway Front Desk they dont have courtesy to admit that they dont have facility available but still charging facility fee to guests.
