"An excellent Inn conveniently located close to the seafront in Newport. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were of a good size and exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety with healthy options. It also had parking which is at a premium in Newport. It was so good we stayed a second night."

A minor maintenance item I want to call to their attention to for remedy is the bedside lighting in two of the three bedrooms did not work. Nor did the outlet in the headboard in the master. "

Convenient amenities except for one. No free breakfast or coffee There is an espresso machine in the room which we used but DAIRY FREE COFFEE CREAMER. "We loved the Burbank Rose! The room was much bigger than we expected, I didn’t even realize it included another bedroom, a little seating area, and a kitchen! It was absolutely darling. We loved the decor, the convenience of areas very walkable to town and a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. The parking situation was a little bit confusing, but we were able to find free parking on the street and just had to move our car by the next morning at 10 AM so it wasn’t a problem. "We enjoyed staying within short walking distance to the free public transport to visit the mansion area. The staff were very friendly. The parking is $40 but convenient and close to the building. The view is mostly the city and a small amount of harbor but you can access a better view from the observation deck on two levels. "
