"Our three night stay at The Serenity Inn was a wonderful experience in EVERY way! From the moment we arrived, our Innkeeper, Lisa, gave us a personal welcome with helpful information about the area, restaurants, activities, complete with map and directions. "The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. As two female guests, perhaps because we stayed only one night, it felt strange to be given the room right by the entrance/office area."

"My husband and I stayed at the Outlook Inn 1 night we had a wedding in Newport. I loved the Inn, it was quaint, very clean and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was due to no parking, it was difficult to check in, they do have a a driveway for people to temporarily park and check in, but every time we tried to check in, there was a car there so we had to circle around for over 20 minutes and there were not any parking spots on the street due to the Memorial Day weekend. But overall...

"We did not bring any dogs with us so I was worried that the room would smell like dog or have hair. This place was spotless! So comfortable. We felt right at home!!! We had room 12 which was very spacious. Could definitely fit 4 people. Enough room for suitcases. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. This place was very centrally located too! Only had to take a few Ubers while here."

"Cant beat the location, staff were very friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check in a 2pm instead of 330pm, parking on site was super helpful. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen and pull out sofa. Our only complaint was the gas fireplace ran out of gas and we only had it on for 1 hour. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location. Very nice and attentive staff. Cute and cozy. Loved the fresh baked cookies and the butter breakfast croissants. If we are ever back in Newport we will definitely stay there again. Our first trip to Rhode Island and it was fantastic."

"Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Nice touch for sure. Area is extremely walkable with restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable. Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now."
