You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay.

The property is run down the room smelled like cigarettes even tho they stated it’s a non smoking room towels was dirty bed spread had burn marks in them and also smelled really nasty would not recommend horrible experience

Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel
Rooms were comfortable, checking in out was easy. The valet was fantastic. Just feel it was compared to the other Marriott properties here in Norfolk. It’s a little overpriced. Definitely need some updating in the rooms. Some of the rooms were some rust on some things and the bathroom door was damaged ...
