Fantastic location, with amazing views over Fistral beach. Great breakfast with a good selection of food.(the granola was fab) We booked hot stone massages which were amazing, The swimming pool was lovely. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the small carpark and the lack of gym equipment, despite the pictures showing cardio equipment. Other than that we had an amazing relaxing stay.

Everything was good it seems almost 5 star but there were two mattresses where there was gap which was uncomfortable to sleep.

Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Food excellent. Bay Bar very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. Room with sea views within 20 metres of the beach. Parking a little cramped and difficult.

Warm and comfortable room. Well equipped. Friendly staff, Good food,lovely pool sauna etc. Only negative was the draughty window. Noisy wind whistling through but the curtains contained it! And n fairness it was very stormy. Great breakfast, lots of choice and quality ingredients.

We absolutely loved our stay. Best location. The staff here are a real credit to the hotel. and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lovely lady that checked us in. The kind gentleman that happily changed our room after a slight issue and the really friendly lady at breakfast the following day. Lovely clean pool area and the best Margaritas!! All this plus it being in the most beautiful part of Newquay it really was a special birthday treat. We often visit Cornwall as we used to live here and still work here and will definitely return to this special place. Thank you. Can’t wait to return 😊

The room was excellent the bathroom a little tired with no separate shower. There was no hot water on one of the mornings. The view from the room/balcony was stunning. The continental breakfast was good although there were no warm croissants. The cooked breakfasts were not very freshly cooked, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The Bay Bar staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and would stay there again.
