10/10 Excellent

"We had an issue with the self check in, but one of the agents quickly asked if we needed assistance and the proceeded to upgrade us to a junior suite for our "trouble". And also gave us a free 2pm checkout since our flight wasnt leaving until 10pm. They also stored all of our luggage for us the entire day so we didn't have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Great daily breakfast, very clean+beautiful hotel and room, upscale feeling. Reception provided a free wall outlet converter. Really fantastic. My reason for a lower score were circumstantial incidents: I was woken up by a crying baby throughout the night and you can hear easily through adjoining room doors. My room’s phone would not stop ringing every now and then, with no one on the other line."

"The hotel is in a great location, near Paragon and ION shopping centers, so it’s convenient to shop and dine. You can choose to add daily breakfast to the stay. Breakfast is good and has a variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the facility is a bit outdated. The toilet didn’t flush well; the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to set temperature; faulty switch to the vanity light. They did come to try to fix the toilet but the issue remained. I suspect it’s the water pressure of the hotel. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with some flaws."
